Enjoy a 30 minute yoga sequence. We’ll first start out sitting in your favorite chair for some stretching and twisting and then you’ll come to lay on your back for some restorative poses, hip openers and yes a little abdominal work to help strengthen your core!
Please have a yoga mat, 2 blocks and/or 2 fluffy pillows that will be used as props to facilitate our restorative practice together.

Give YourSelf a Hand focuses on how to maximize and maintain hand flexAbility, minimize energy expenditure, and learn about “activity/task analysis.” This class will also help you explore ways to stress-less by being pro-active and most importantly, open up your hands and heart to loving you as you are. We will provide practical tools for processing daily challenges as well as touch on the feelings (pain, fears, insecurities, anger) which arise for all of us who have a disAbility. We encourage everyone to participate, ask questions, and share concerns. These classes will be interactive to give you the most for your invested time and energy!

Explore and improvise through movement prompts, shapes, and phrases that celebrate the joy of inclusive community dance. Dance is for everybody- all ages, abilities, genders, and backgrounds are welcome. Our diversity will be our creative strength. You may dance while standing, sitting, on the floor, or from your bed. Feel free to travel around your space if that is available to you. Move as much or as little as you'd like and remember that you are the expert of your own body. Let's have fun, be curious, bold, silly, and free together. At the end of class you will be invited to unmute yourself to share something you have experienced while dancing. Participants are encouraged to use Zoom's Gallery View option with their video cameras on so that we can witness, interact, and respond to each other.
